I offer subtle energy clearing and alignment to help your system navigate the intensity or expansion that may arise—so you can fully receive the gifts of your experience while remaining connected and centered.
Whether you’re preparing for ceremony, moving through it, or integrating afterward, this support is here to help you feel safe, steady, and in deeper resonance with your own inner wisdom. Each journey is unique, and every person’s energy responds best when met with presence, precision, and care.

A Needed Service
I came to this work unexpectedly. As a highly sensitive person, I realized early on that substances do not work for me. So, it was not a natural path for me to be exposed to sacred medicines. I was surprised when I was asked by a client if I might be available to help a friend of theirs who was struggling after participating in a ceremony. In fact, they hadn’t been “right” ever since.
I agreed.
I learned that when folks use plant spirit medicines, the state of their energetic field prior to the ceremony has a huge determination as to the results they will experience. Sadly, while seekers choosing to partake in a ceremony are well intended, there can be unanticipated negative outcomes. The least desired of which can be anywhere from very messy to disastrous. The good news is this can be prevented!
My Offering of Support
While my personal bias is to support expansion in consciousness without substances, I recognize that many seekers may make different choices.
First, I encourage any of my clients who choose to partake in plant spirit medicines to do so under the guidance of an experienced facilitator.
(This is not a service I offer.)
Second, I encourage my clients to do the proper clearing and preparation prior to the ceremony; care during the ceremony: and to receive energetic support and replenishment afterwards for optimum results.
I offer this service, if desired.
Third, for those who’ve already partaken in ceremonies and need some “clean up”, mending, repair and replenishment, I suggest getting energetic help, asap.
